RETURNS POLICY
 

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the product. The product/s must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full credit for the price you paid for the product excluding the delivery charge. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened products if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange products that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after 14 days.

 

Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect products:

 

If the product was damaged in transit

 

If you take delivery of a Deluxe Loving package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the instructions below to return your product.

 

How to return an unwanted product

 

  • Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return (please include a full description of the replacement item required or a credit note if preferred)

  • Please enclose your original delivery slip, if you don’t have the original delivery note you must include your customer number or order number or your name and postcode

  • Wrap the product securely in its original packaging (if possible)

  • Please enclose cheque, postal order or credit card details so as to enable us to make payment for £5 for postage and handling. In the event of the replacement item being more expensive than the original the difference in cost
     

  • If the product is defective you have the right to return a faulty product for replacement or refund within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your product, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty product, please follow the instructions below. Please ensure that you have the correct batteries for your choice and that they have been inserted as per the product's instruction card.

 

If we sent you a product you did not order (an “incorrect” product) – As soon as you find out we’ve sent you an incorrect product, e-mail us and let us know. We’ll send you the correct product as soon as we can. Send the original product back to us (please follow the instructions below) and we’ll make sure you are not charged for it.

 

How to Return your damaged, defective or incorrect product

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

 

  • Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return (including a full description of the fault if the product is defective)

  • Please enclose your original delivery slip, if you don’t have the original delivery note you must include your customer number or order number or your name and postcode

  • Wrap the product securely in its original packaging (if possible)

We cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return – this usually takes no more than 7 days, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50

1.2 By confirming your order using the Discount Voucher you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for Discount through this site will not form part of any contract between us. 2. TERMS RELATING TO THE REDEMPTION OF DISCOUNT VOUCHER

2.1 How To Redeem Discount Voucher – You must sign up via the web address shown on the Discount Voucher when placing your order online.

2.2 Only one Discount Voucher can be used per order of Product.

2.3 You cannot use a Discount Voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers.

2.4 Generally, Discount Vouchers can only be used for one order.

2.5 The Discount Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Discount Voucher, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via the website. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Voucher after this date.

2.6 Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value.

2.7 Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Vouchers and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.

2.8 We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Discount Voucher scheme at any time.

 

3. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale from time to time including to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our site’s capabilities.

3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you use your Discount Voucher unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).

 

4. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
